Er wurde nicht einfach vom BKA angezeigt, sondern von der ZMI, was auch in der von ihm gezeigten Strafanzeige steht. Die ZMI ist die "Zentralen Meldestelle für strafbare Inhalte im Internet" bei der ich, als Person, anonym einen Beitrag aus dem Internet anzeigen kann und wenn ich das über die Seite des BKA mache, dann zeigt auch das BKA an. Es kann jetzt sicherlich darüber gestritten werden, ob seine Aussage den Tatbestand der Beleidigung, üble Nachrede und Verleumdung erfüllt, aber einer Anzeige muss nun mal nachgegangen werden. Und was die Länge des Verfahrens von einem halben Jahr angeht, so ist das einen noch recht kurze Zeit, wenn man an die Überlastung der Gerichte denkt. In meinen Augen will er damit nur Geld machen.
@OldKid Bitte hoere dir seine Aussagen nochmals genau an: Er hat das Verfahren gewonnen. Was will uns das sagen, im Bezug den Straftatbestand? Keine Beleidigung! Und: 6 Monate lang einen Anwalt auf Trapp halten, ist keine billige Sache, sondern kostet Geld. Wo macht er das also fuer Geld? Der Anwalt musste schliesslich bezahlt werden.

Jeden noch so legitime Aussage kann so zum Strick gedreht werden, was einschuechternd wirkt und somit nicht zur Meinungsvielfalt beitraegt (da scheinen Linke wohl keine VIelfalt zu wollen?) Ob die Aussage "Person X hat wenig Intelligenz" als "Person X ist dumm" uminterpretiert werden kann ist nicht die Verantwortung vom "Tatverdaechtigen", sondern der sie uminterpretiert und negatives beidichtet. Und das will ich hier auch nicht weiter ausdiskutieren, ich habe keine Zeit dazu.
