I have a private parking spot I'm renting which is visibly declared as such, but people keep illegaly parking there. I'm thinking about putting a letter onto their windshield telling them to stop parking on my spot, otherwise I'll be dropping cease and desist letters. I want the world to be a happy place and don't want to be an asshole but damn this is annoying and bothersome. I've rented the place here with a parking spot and if they haven't, thats not my issue really.

@kromonos jop, Rechtsgrundlage Absatz 1 des § 858 BGB: Wer dem Besitzer ohne dessen Willen den Besitz entzieht oder ihn im Besitz stört, handelt, sofern nicht das Gesetz die Entziehung oder die Störung gestattet, widerrechtlich (verbotene Eigenmacht). Aber dann hab ich bald täglich so nen Abschleppwagen hier rumhantieren, ich machs lieber per Postweg, das es in der Knippe entsprechend weh tut wenn man an dem Verhalten nichts ändert.

@roland @kromonos ich weise höflich schriftlich darauf hin mit hinweis unterm scheibenwischer, weiß nicht genau wer da parkt. Manchmal kommt mir das wie ein Kommunalparkplatz vor.
