!Friendica Developers Alls, wonder whether I already mentioned that (failed to find it in here): There are "some" profiles, mostly ActivityPub ones (like

https://leipzig.town/@friedi

) for which the "conversations" view seems somehow "buggy" in Friendica web / Frio. Effect is that, regardless of which browser I use, load on the machine seems to drastically increase the very moment I navigate there. On Chromium based browsers (tested with vanilla Chromium and Brave) this, on my system, will cause the browser to stutter and "jump" instead of scroll in the profile, in worst case to the point of completely locking up.
This is odd. I have no idea what happens here but I _do_ see some rather long-running tasks in my network tools. Is anyone else capable of reproducing this? Or is it just me / my system / my account again...?

tangential: that link rendered rather strangely on Pleroma, see attached image

@Ivan Vučica 🕳️ This seems broken in Friendica too. 😬 Tried to re-edit the post to make clearer what's meant. This user has moved instance, it seems Friendica still tries to expand the "@" - Mention to the old username somehow, not noticing this is actually a "plain" link.

Clicking through, I am confused even further: the link is shown as a blockquote in Friendica. Where's that coming from? o_o

@Ivan Vučica 🕳️ That was intentional; I tried to find some textual representation that keeps the link unmodified. 🙈
