Prosody: Uploaded files aren't downloadable

I try to share files with someone over #Prosody (me using @Dino, the partner using @blabber.im ). The port 5280 itself is open. You can simply #telnet to it to see it is open, so that's not the issue here (no firewall currently used). When I check directory/file permissions ins /var/lib/prosody/http_upload/, directories are there and created with prosody.prosody and chmod 0750 which is okay. So also directory-access isn't the issue here. Files within there are prosody.prosody and chmod 0640. So these aren't the issues (and to easy to come over).

What the issue is, that upload just works fine (they are encrypted with #OMEMO ) but I get timeouts when I try to view them in both clients and with a browser.

Where the F--- are the JOURNALISTS who are (were) SUPPOSED to actually investigate #patent issues? What's left of the so-called 'media' in this domain is CAPTURED PRESS, controlled by "law" (litigation) firms 90% of the time, covering up crimes in pursuit of profits... this is grotesque. Meanwhile, they tell us #wikileaks is a crime and keep #assange behind bars.
