To quickly locked, no chance left for editing/fixing your "mistake"?

I posted this on #reddit:

I can understand that rules are rules but could you not overly fast lock the topic (I posted it in German language) but instead notify me about it and let me translate it? To quickly applied rules feels very strict and a bit unnatural. It is is natural to 1) ask the author to fix his mistakes he made and 2) if no response happens (give the author some time, not everyone has every day time left!) then lock it. But overly fast locking it feels simply bad.

Rules are rules but enforcing them nicely or strictly is what you have to consider.

[deu] Spontaner Stream: Let's Play Factorio!

Ich habe wieder #Factorio auf #TwitchTV am laufen (gleich sofort). Weiterhin steht auch der XMPP-Chatraum unter xmpp://stream-chat@conference.f.haeder.net zur Verfuegung. Der Chat auf Twitch wird von mir aktiv nicht beobachtet! Der Auto-Moderator is jedoch aktiv.

Factorio ist ein Spiel, wo man auf einem fremden Planeten gecrasht ist und man wohl nicht alleine ist. Ziel ist es, eine Raketete zu bauen, um dann den Planeten verlassen zu koennen. Aber das ist erst der Anfang!
